Why Choose Bananas and Guavas?
Bananas, rich in potassium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C, offer more than just their natural sweetness; they support heart health and contribute to overall vitality. Guavas are not far behind, with a high fiber content and an abundance of nutrients that aid in weight loss and act as potent antioxidants.
The Science Behind “Smart Baking”
Our approach to creating these Sugar-Free Mini Banana & Guava bites is deeply rooted in nutritional science. Avoiding grains commonly high in omega-6 fatty acids and refined sugars, we prevent those unwelcome blood sugar spikes that often lead to energy slumps and could increase the risk of dying with heart disease: Checkout latest article from Harvard Health Blog on this topic for more details. Instead, we harness the sweetness from the fruits themselves and the stability offered by high-fiber ingredients to deliver a snack that’s as nutritious as it is delicious.
