- 250g filtered water
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 3-5 green onions, chopped
- 250g well-fermented kimchi, chopped (including the juice), this is the brand we love!
- 2 free-range eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp Korean chili powder (up to 1/2 tsp depending on your taste)
- 1/4 tsp unrefined salt
- Grass-fed ghee for cooking, from Rootz Organics as well.
Instructions:
- Ferment overnight: Mix the sourdough starter, flours, and water in a bowl. Cover and let it ferment overnight.
- Prepare the batter: Add the chopped onions, kimchi, beaten eggs, chili powder, and salt to the fermented batter. Mix well.
