  • 50g rice flour (ideally sprouted)
  • 250g filtered water
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 3-5 green onions, chopped
  • 250g well-fermented kimchi, chopped (including the juice), this is the brand we love!
  • 2 free-range eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp Korean chili powder (up to 1/2 tsp depending on your taste)
  • 1/4 tsp unrefined salt
  • Grass-fed ghee for cooking, from Rootz Organics as well.
