• 1 scoop Quality protein powder
• 2 Medjool dates (or 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup)
• 100g Frozen organic blueberries
• 150g Coconut yogurt or Organic soy yogurt
• Pinch Unrefined salt
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom
• 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
• 75g Chia seeds

Preparation of your healthy suhoor pudding recipe for Ramadan

  • 1. Soak cashews overnight in water with a splash of vinegar; rinse well and drain.
  • 2. Blend the soaked cashews with filtered water, a date (or sweetener), berries, and yogurt until smooth.
